Return or Exchange Costs : The size or item exchange is always free for orders of at least 2 items , while the return is charged to the customer.
For orders of less than 2 items, shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return or Exchange Procedure :

- After receiving your request, we will provide you with the shipping address to send the items to or in the case of a Free Exchange we will send a courier to collect them. The return address may vary, so it is important to wait for our instructions.
- Please ensure that items are returned in the same condition as received: they must not have been used, worn or washed and must include all tags and their original packaging.

- Once we have received and checked the items, we will proceed with the refund or shipping of the new product in case of exchange.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, within 1 - 5 days of receiving the return.
