Validity Period : The return or exchange is possible within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, it will no longer be possible to proceed with the return or exchange.
Excluded Items : Items purchased in the category OUTLET cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return or Exchange Costs : The size or item exchange is always free for orders of at least 2 items , while the return is charged to the customer.

For orders of less than 2 items, shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
