Returns and Exchanges Policy

The satisfaction of our customers is a priority for us NGIOLET JEANS . If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging the purchased items, respecting the conditions set out below.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. Validity Period : The return or exchange is possible within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, it will no longer be possible to proceed with the return or exchange.

2. Excluded Items : Items purchased in the category OUTLET cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Return or Exchange Costs : The size or item exchange is always free for orders of at least 2 items , while the return is charged to the customer.

For orders of less than 2 items, shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Return or Exchange Procedure :

   • After receiving your request, we will provide you with the shipping address to send the items to or in the case of a Free Exchange we will send a courier to collect them. The return address may vary, so it is important to wait for our instructions.
   • Please ensure that items are returned in the same condition as received: they must not have been used, worn or washed and must include all tags and their original packaging.

2. Verification and Refund :

   • Once we have received and checked the items, we will proceed with the refund or shipping of the new product in case of exchange.
   • The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, within 1 - 5 days of receiving the return.
